About Sea Buckthorn QuadOmega Powder.
Sea buckthorn is unusual among fruits because it is naturally oily. Its berries and seeds are known for carrying fatty acids from four omega families: omega 3, 6, 9 and the less common omega 7. That is where the name QuadOmega comes from.
QuadOmega is our sea buckthorn powder for people who want to add sea buckthorn to food and drinks every day. The full ingredient list is printed on the pack.
How to use QuadOmega powder
- Smoothies: one teaspoon with banana, mango or berries and milk or yoghurt.
- Juice: stir into orange or mixed fruit juice.
- Breakfast: mix into curd, overnight oats or a chia pudding.
- Energy balls: knead into dates, nuts and seeds before rolling.
Start with half a teaspoon a day. The taste is tangy and fruity, so it pairs well with naturally sweet ingredients.
QuadOmega or berry powder?
Our sea buckthorn powder is the whole dried berry and nothing else. QuadOmega is our own sea buckthorn powder made for daily use in food and drinks. If you want the simplest, single-ingredient option, choose the berry powder.
